There are those that want to stay in the background and not make waves, others want to be at the head of the line trying to create a tsunami. There are those that don't know what they want and are content to keep it that way and there are others that know exactly what they want and want the world to know. Being at either end of these character traits is not wrong. If you look closely at yourself you can relate to one or perhaps more of these at some point in your life.
